Food Safety is one of our top priorities throughout our company. Here at TLC, we employ a full time food safety coordinator whose job is to oversee the safety training and education of our crews as well as audit them in an effort to keep our food safety promise. Our employees are constantly participating in training and education to ensure we are following the LGMA (Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement), GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), and other safety standards set in place by our customers, company-wide.
